Bread Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients 👩🍳
For aloo stuffing:👩🍳
3 potato boiled & mashed
½ tsp ginger and green chilli paste
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp salt
For besan batter:👩🍳
2 cup besan
3 tbsp rice flour
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1¼ cup water
For pakoda ingredients:👩🍳
4 slice multigrain or white bread
4 tsp green chutney
2 slice paneer / cottage cheese
oil for frying

Aloo stuffing preparation:🔥
1. Firstly, in a large bowl take 3 aloo boiled and mashed.
2. Add turmeric , garam masala, chaat masala and salt .
3. Also add ginger & green chilli paste.
4. Mix well, aloo stuffing is ready. keep aside.
Besan batter for bread pakoda:🔥
1. In a large bowl take 2 cup besan, 3 tbsp rice flour.
2. Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt.
3. Further, add 1¼ cup water and prepare a thick lump free batter.
4. Now besan batter is ready to prepare pakoda. keep aside.
Aloo paneer bread pakoda preparation:
1. Firstly, spread 1 tsp of green chutney on 2 slices of bread.
2. Now also spread 2 tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing uniformly on both bread slices.
3. Now place 1 thick slice of paneer and cover with other bread slice and press lightly and cut half.
4. Further, dip the stuffed bread in besan batter coating uniformly.
5. Deep fry in oil, keeping the flame on medium.
6. Flip over and fry both sides until the pakora turns golden brown and crisp.
7. Finally, aloo paneer bread pakora recipe is ready to enjoy with tomato sauce.
8. Serve hot.
